Today my colleague asked me about a project update, and I told her I will make an appointment with customer this afternoon. At afternoon time, I called the customer and try to make appointment but the customer told me she got another call on the line so asked me to wait, don't know why the call dropped. After a while the customer called back and asking me "she just called me, you guys never communicate?" because my colleague called the customer also for the appointment. I have told her, I will arrange and she still don't care and call the customer... really beh tahan leh... how to work with this kind of people? Never listen to people!! Forgot to mention that I have tell her not to simply call customer if I have told her I will arrange. HAHA!! (Just don't want customer think we really never communicate!?)
