Complain to MyFM about my EPF Account

Today I wrote in a complain to MyFM. MyFM has a complain program that organize with ChinaPress.

My complain was about my EPF Account.
Because MyFM is a chinese radio station. So I wrote in with Chinese.

Subject: Without any reason KWSP take out my money from my EPF account

My question is: Can KWSP simply take out my EFP Account money without any reason?This is not only happen to me, but some of my colleagues and friends also facing the same problem.So this has nothing to do with my company.

Actually we made a complaint last year October at PJ KWSP office. (Reference No: 16756562/RCM/Pelarasan). They also admitted was their system error.Until today, we do not receive any notice or update.

This morning I called to "Pusat Panggilan KWSP", but the officer told me she can only report for me.She even told me that I will need to wait for 10 days to 1 month to get a call from another officer. We really can't do much about it? Only can wait and wait and wait?

The problem with my EPF account

I found out on last year September that KWSP took out my money from my EPF account without any reason. I'm sure that my company is paying the EPF money to KWSP.

As I know, KWSP made a mistake on my February EPF amount. They put money twice for February. First time was same amount with January which is wrong. The second time they put in the correct amount (with bonus). After that, they put in the same amount for February with bonus for March and April which are wrong also, because amount for March and April shouldn't be same with Feb.

Until August, perhaps they realized they made a mistake, so they took out money for February, March and April (three transactions).

I have just checked this morning, they didn't put in my money for May and November (but have put in for December)

KWSP无理调整我的EPF户口！

我的问题就是：KWSP能够无理调整我的户口吗？

这问题不只有发生在我的身上。而我的同事都有同样的问题。目前已有两位同事和一位朋友，所以就不可能是公司的问题。

我们在去年的十月到PJ区的KWSP投诉了（我的投诉参考号码：16756562/RCM/Pelarasan）。他们也承认了是他们的系统有问题。
到今天，我们都没有接到任何的通知或更新。今天我打了电话去Pusat Panggilan KWSP，可是那位官员跟我说她只能帮我report上去。她还告诉我必须等10天到一个月的时间。我觉得很无能为力。为什么只有可以等呢？我们真得不能做任何的行动吗？而他们就是不去解决我们的问题。

KWSP无理的调整我的户口

我是从去年的九月发现KWSP从我的户口拿出我的钱。我的公司每个月都有进钱到我的EPF户口。
以我所了解，KWSP的系统在二月出错，系统加多钱进我的户口。他们以一月的数目加一次。然后，因为二月我的公司有分发花红所以EPF钱会比以往的多。他们在拿正确的数目加多一次。（二月总共加两次）KWSP甚至用二月（有花红）的数目在加入於三月和四月。就是因为二月有花红所以三月和四月的数目是不可能和二月的一样。

到了八月可能是他们发现了出错，所以他们在我的户口扣出二月（有花红），三月和四月（数目和二月有花红的一样）的钱。

还有五月和十一月根本就没有把我的钱进入我的户口。
